BioMetrics R3 is a cloud based application designed to allow employees to automatically clock in via Scanner Device to provide managers an alternative way to hours worked for each shift. This will save time and the headaches that revolve around using punch cards, Spreadsheets or other options to run your payroll. The website is easy to use and allows both Managers and Staff a fully transparent way to view your companies time clock system.
Below is a basic overview of the clock-in system:
-Managers will download the app via their iPhone.
-We will connect fingerprint scanner with manager device for ‘clock in’ or ‘clock out’.
-The Manager will manually Register staffs FingerPrint.
-Once Registered Employees can ‘clock in’ without Logging into the app.
-You will have full reports in real time of who is clocked in, the duration and many other reports related to the employees hours worked.
